Take a morning’s walk in the box-ironbark forest and gold diggings surrounding Forest Creek - a place of multi-layered histories and ecologies. This walk is designed to provoke writing in any form, in immediate response to the senses and local environment. Together we will practice attuning our bodies to place, before undertaking writing prompts that bring this awareness into language. Leave with the beginnings of a new draft, or a sharpened idea for an existing project, and an enlivened attention to perception. All ages and experience levels welcome.
